last year cycle I have had around $900 in credit from NET generated by the solar system Vivint installed, but SCE only gave me a check of $55 stating that it's the credit resulting from the tariff rate.
Vivint already charged for power production. so my power bill now is even a lot higher than before havign Solar system installed.
Planning to call both Vivint and SCE to appeal. If installing Solar ends up cost more than before, then I would prefer to have the system removed.
If I owe them, they would demand for full amount.
Does anyone getting into the same situation as I do? and what should we do about it? I am very much frustated and trying to find a spolution.
